Orders
Most orders are processed within one to two business days.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Currently, we are unable to accept and ship orders outside the U.S.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Track My Order
To check the status of your order, please visit our order tracking page (note: it may take up to 24 hours after the order has shipped for the tracking information to become available).
Cancel My Order
An item may be cancelled if:
- item(s) are no longer available
- Difficulty with payment processing
- Cannot ship to the address provided
- A duplicate order was placed
- At the customer’s request
Once an order has been cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation that includes information about why the order was cancelled. If you would like to place a new order, please email us at customerservice@saisonbeauty.com or visit www.saisonbeauty.com.
Item Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. You will not incur any charges until the item is shipped, and shipping charges will be waived. If for any reason you’d like to cancel the back-ordered item before it ships, please contact us at customerservice@saisonbeauty.com.
Maximum Purchase Policy
For security purposes, no more than 12 units of the same item can be placed in an individual order. If you have any questions please contact us at customerservice@saisonbeauty.com.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please email us at customerservice@saisonbeauty.com.
Promotion Codes
During the checkout process, enter your promo code in the designated code box, and hit the apply button. Once the promo code is accepted, the discount will be applied to the order.
Gift Wrap Service
We provide a gift wrap service for any product or order that you wish to have gift wrapped. A $5.00 per gift wrap charge per product or order will be applied to your order. The selected gift item(s) will be specially packaged with environmentally friendly wrapping materials, and a personalized gift card will also be included.
To have a product gift wrapped, simply click on any of the “gift wrap” options in the Shopping Bag, and the charge(s) will be automatically applied to your order. You may choose to have individual products gift wrapped and shipped to a different address in one single order, or you can have the total order gift wrapped.
Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards* for payment:

- MasterCard
- Visa
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any other credit cards or forms of payment at this time.
*Credit cards with billing addresses outside the US will not be accepted. Also, we reserve the right to cancel any order where the billing address differs from the address on file for the cardholder.
Security Online
Saisonbeauty.com is a secure e-commerce website that takes security very seriously, and it does its best to protect each customer’s personal information. We take all necessary steps to ensure that your order will be placed safely and securely.
When you place an order at saisonbeauty.com we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. In order for encryption to take place, your browser must have the SSL protocol. The browsers that have this software are the following:

Online Returns
All returns must be made within 20 days after the product is received to receive a full refund. Any items that are returned after 20 days, will receive a store credit only.
To return any item, simply visit www.saisonbeauty.com and login to your account. Once in My Account, click on the Completed Orders link, and click on the Return Item(s) button. Next, on the Returns page, select the product(s) you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down box, and then choose a Return Reason. The Return Action and Comments are optional fields. Once all the fields are filled out, click on the Submit Return Request button.
After the Return request has been submitted, please include a copy of your packaging slip and mail the item to:

For prompt delivery and return processing, we recommend that you send your return via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post.
Once the product is received, the return will processed and the charges will be credited back to the credit card used on the order. Once the return has been processed, please allow up to 30 days (or a complete billing cycle) for the credit to appear in your account records.
Please note: Saison eGift Cards, gift-wrap or shipping charges cannot be returned or exchanged. Also return shipping fees are also not refundable.

Exchange Items
To exchange any item, simply visit www.saisonbeauty.com and login to your account. Once in My Account, click on the Completed Orders link, and click on the Return Item(s) button. Next, on the Returns page, select the product(s) you want to return using the “Qty. to Return” drop down box, and then choose a Return Reason. In the Return Action section, please select the “Replacement” option. Once all the fields are filled out, click on the Submit Return Request button.
After the Exchange request has been submitted, please include a copy of your packaging slip and mail the item to:

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at customerservice@saisonbeauty.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for prompt service. To expedite the resolution process, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier (a photo of these items may also be requested to aid the inspection process).

Shipping Options and Charges
At this time, we are only able to offer standard shipping services. We charge a $10 flat rate for all orders under $75, and any order over $75 ships for free*. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days and are delivered between Monday through Friday only, excluding major US holidays (no Saturday deliveries are available at this time).
For multiple ship-to orders, each ship to item will be charged a $10 flat rate. Each ship-to amount must be over $75 to qualify for Free Shipping.
*Additional shipping charges may apply to orders delivered to a PO Box, remote rural areas, Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands, and may take longer than 5-7 business days. Also deliveries to these areas, some restrictions may apply. Currently, we are unable to ship outside the U.S.
Note: Some items sold by Saison Beauty are regulated by specific federal, state and local regulations that require special handling and transportation. To comply with these regulations, specific shipment methods may be utilized for delivery. In some cases, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible, and the customer will be notified about such circumstances. A valid, alternate shipping address may be provided for those instances.
